Google teased the launch of its rumored Fitbit Edge fitness tracker, set to be unveiled next week, with leaks pointing to a 1.34-inch always-on OLED display, built-in GPS, ECG and SpO2 sensors, and an approximate $180 price.
Google officially unveiled the Fitbit Edge, a $179.99 fitness tracker positioned between the Fitbit Air and Pixel Watch 5, featuring a larger OLED display, EKG and SpO2 sensors, improved auto-workout tracking, and better GPS accuracy, though it omits NFC payments and a speaker.
The Google Fitbit Air is a screenless fitness tracker that is lightweight and unobtrusive, offering comprehensive wellness tracking without constant interruptions. Its design emphasizes ambient health monitoring, blending seamlessly into daily life.
Google's rumored Fitbit Edge fitness tracker has leaked via images, appearing as a midrange successor to the Charge line that sits between the Pixel Watch and Fitbit Air, with a small widget screen, seven-day battery life, built-in GPS, and limited app support. An estimated $150-$200 price is expected, though no release date has been confirmed.
