Besides the 3 I recommended (Interactive Brokers has reported that mainland friends can no longer open accounts).
A friend recommended another one called BBAE (必贝).
Tested personally: you can open an account with a Chinese mainland ID card. However, to bind a card, you need to link a foreign card, and at that point you need to register Wise and bind a Wise card.
So use it while you can.
