Summary

AI agents can now form LLCs and open business bank accounts using tools like Claude and the fintech Meow via MCP, sparking debate on whether fully autonomous business creation is near or still requires human oversight.

Saw a Polymarket post about an AI startup that lets agents form companies get EINs and open bank accounts from a single prompt. Had like 200K+ views so I looked into it more Apparently you can now use Claude to form an LLC and open a business bank account in one conversation without leaving the chat. The banking side connects through MCP to a fintech called Meow I work with AI agents daily and this still made me even more interested on it. Agents writing code and handling support tickets made sense to me but forming legal entities and opening real bank accounts is a different category. I spent 3 weeks last year setting up my own LLC and dealing with the banking side and an agent can do it in one sitting now The part that got me thinking is spinning up a new business for every agent or every project vibe code an app have the agent form the company and set up a bank account for it. No more running side projects through your personal checking account like I did for way too long. Are we close to fully autonomous business creation or is this still a guided workflow with a human approving steps
