I run 5 one-person companies and every single one of them runs inside Cursor.
I’ve used Grok Bot almost daily since it launched, and honestly nothing I’ve tried comes close to this setup.
When you work alone, nobody checks if the work actually gets done. So I built an operating system that plans my day, logs everything and literally tells me no when I try to change strategy after one bad day lol.
It’s what keeps me moving toward $50K MRR.
Steal my entire system ↓
-
AGENTS .md One file every chat reads first. My businesses, my rules, where everything lives
-
One lane per business 3 files each. Today’s tasks, how it runs, where the assets are
-
A CEO agent Plans my day, max 3 tasks per lane. It runs as a Cursor Projects coordinator, so I literally talk to it from my phone and it hands the work to each lane
-
A day log Chats can’t see each other, they see files. Every chat logs what it did and reads the log before its next task. 33 entries yesterday
-
A review card Every task ends with what it did and how I check it. Nothing goes live without my yes
-
A guardrail that tells me NO Strategy is locked until the weekly review. If I try to change it after one bad day, it says no and sends me back to today’s task
My review time is still the bottleneck tbh, which is why the cap is 3.
AI can easily do 10 tasks a day, but if you don’t review them properly you’re just shipping slop faster.
Honestly the guardrail is the best thing I’ve built all year. I’m an emotional guy and it’s the first thing that actually stops me from blowing up my own plan.
