Rohan Paul (@rohanpaul_ai): Anthropic’s junior share of technical headcount slid from 21% to 14% while the company tripled in size, and about a third of Anthropic’s ML managers and a fifth of its SWE managers said AI has them hiring less.
During the same time its agents logged 6x human hours.
