this is f*cking dangerous
someone just revealed how to run a 10-person company with zero employees using one Claude Project
Anthropic’s CEO bet on a $1B one-person company by the end of 2026.
less than 6 months left. solo founders are already past several hundred million.
here is how:
- Create a Claude Project and add your business files
- Connect 10 MCP agents to it for research, leads etc
- You sit in the decision seat. the agents run the execution layer.
you don’t need more employees. you need MCP agents that know the business.
save and bookmark it no matter what
then read the full article below on how to build your first company with AI without any employee: ↓
judgment being the premium was always true, agents just made the price visible
@humzaakhalid wild how tech is changing the game. wonder what happens to traditional roles in these setups
traditional roles don’t disappear, they just get redefined around whatever the setup doesn’t automate yet
which part of that shift are you already building for
easier to build, not necessarily easier to sell those are different bottlenecks
solo doesn’t mean small anymore, that’s the part that actually changed
saving it and actually running it later are two different commitments
the “if” is the whole sentence, worth checking before treating it as settled
the ceiling moved but the bottleneck didn’t, most solo founders still can’t parallelize their own judgment
fast enough that most job descriptions are already describing a role that doesn’t exist anymore
what specifically earned that reaction
possible and profitable aren’t the same bar, curious which one this actually clears
regret only shows up once someone else ships the same idea with agents doing the work solo founders were still doing manually
“interesting” is doing the polite work here, curious what part actually changes how you’d scale
@humzaakhalid totally, it’s like finding the gaps in a puzzle. got any examples where you’ve seen this happen?
