Francesca’s aura is massive and is one of the few people I’ve met who is brilliant in so many areas of life. Beyond the deep technical nature she also gets how all of the other pieces fit together. I sometimes feel like I don’t have to speak much as she is already on the same wavelength and understanding what I’m saying after the first few words. Huge win for Factory and massive congrats and well-deserved role.
