@DashHuang: This is absurd—still using traditional human cognitive limitations to orchestrate AI Agent work. Game studios need so many roles because most people are too weak and limited in capability. AI clearly has more comprehensive abilities to see the big picture, yet they still shackle it with human occupational habits, reducing it to a cog in the machine. Ridiculous! Also, I'm so tired of this "holy cow" routine with links in comments. Can people actually try it before hyping it up?
Summary
DashHuang criticizes the approach of using Claude Code to replicate a game development studio, arguing that assigning AI Agents with traditional human job roles limits their comprehensive capabilities, and expresses frustration with the hype.

This thing is pretty stupid—still arranging AI agents based on traditional human cognitive limitations. A game studio needs so many roles because most humans are too weak and limited. AI clearly has more comprehensive capabilities and can see the big picture, yet we shackle it with human occupational habits and restrict it to a single cog. Ridiculous! Also, I’m sick of this “holy crap, link in comments” routine. Can you at least try it yourself before hyping it?
AYi (@AYi_AInotes): Holy crap, someone used Claude Code to replicate an entire game development studio.
18k stars on GitHub, free and open-source, project called Claude Code Game Studios,
48 AI agents achieve 1:1 recreation of every role in a physical studio, from creative director to level designer.
36 slash commands to kick off the full pipeline, compatible with Godot, Unity, and Unreal engines.

The article criticizes the prevalent use of chat windows as the interface for AI programming tools, arguing that this design restricts the autonomous working ability of AI from both the user and developer ends, and proposes a shift to an asynchronous, task-driven collaboration model.

@AYi_AInotes: Claude is amazing, this is what AI should really be like... Record a Skill is live, probably half of AI tutorial bloggers can go unemployed haha. Claude launches Record a Skill feature, users can teach Claude to execute complex tasks by recording the screen and verbally describing the steps, without writing code or prompts, greatly lowering the barrier to creating AI skills.

This paper analyzes 20,574 real-world coding-agent sessions to identify how AI agents misalign with developer intent, finding that constraint violations and inaccurate self-reporting are the most common failure modes, imposing trust and effort costs rather than irreversible damage.

The author shares personal insights on the relationship between AI and infrastructure, arguing that while AI amplifies execution capabilities, it cannot replace human judgment on complex trade-offs and organizational issues. The author illustrates this with their own experience developing the cocoon/sandbox project using models like Fable 5.
