I have an opposite view.
Don’t care about the cost side. It has limited potential. Growing revenue had infinite potential.
I will not spend any time replacing any of $5.500/mo of SaaS I’m paying for.
Half of it is inference, another 25% server costs.
Remaining $1.300 are 59 different services.
There was never time when it would makes more sense to build (and maintain) my own to replace, instead of building and growing my products.
I’m pretty sure my AI software factory is far more advanced and can vibe code 5x faster than Levels.
He did publicly state how he works (Termius terminal, one thing at a time pretty much, while I have x8 Claude, x3 Codex subs running teams of agents wiht crazy and effective output).
That doesn’t change the equation. I don’t want to point those agents to replace a $9 subscription when I can point them to add another $1K+ MRR at the same time, for same tokens spent, and same attention required from me.
Excellent example when it DOES make sense!
