Over the course of his career, he has held senior roles at Roblox, Google, Palantir Technologies, and Meta, helping build both products and the organizations behind them at meaningful scale\. He understands how high\-performing technical teams operate and how strong, practical systems can help people do their best work without slowing them down\.
