He believes that “humans become an obstacle for co-pilots,” which slows down progress and hinders real change.

He explains that professionals such as accountants and programmers don’t truly want co-pilots, since they feel their jobs are threatened and therefore resist using the tools effectively.

Rather than “helping” them, he prefers to build AI that can perform the entire job autonomously—like a complete software engineer.

He predicts that by 2030, most of these roles will be filled by purely AI workers, not humans augmented by co-pilots.
