🇰🇷 Korea Eliminated Its Own Sovereignty
A fun weekend read for sovereign AI fans. Less fun for the selection committee.
❌ January: Naver eliminated for borrowing foreign model components. ❌ August: Motif eliminated despite building from scratch and outscoring every surviving team on the intelligence index.
Apparently, “build your own” came with an asterisk. 🔍
Motif submitted six pages asking what the evaluation criteria were.
On September 10, the government replied: Dismissed.
Six pages. One word. Remarkable compression. 📦
The reasoning? Officials said they would explain privately.
A public sovereignty program. A private explanation of what sovereignty means. 👇 My latest in theCUBE Research
