Meeting Room for Codex
Turn Codex into a real expert meeting room. 260 independent personas, each with their own memory and voice. Text-based meetings are prioritized; visual meetings are optionally viewable.
260 Expert Personas
Covering Product, Engineering, Design, Testing, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Gaming, XR, and more.
Independent Thinking
Each persona has a stable role boundary—they won’t all collapse into the same “smart narrator.”
Independent Memory
Each persona has its own profile.md, knowledge.md, memory.md, and memory_summary.md.
Speech Written Back to Memory
During a live meeting, every non-host speech is written back to that persona’s own memory.md, allowing continuity in future judgments.
Text-First
By default, a full text-based meeting is given in the Codex chat. A visual meeting link is provided only for users who want to view it separately.
Jury Mode
When A/B decisions are needed, enter jury deliberation: multiple rounds of voting, minority persuasion, until a consensus actionable conclusion is reached.
The Meeting Room transforms Codex from a single voice into an expert meeting room with memory, disagreement, and professional boundaries. 260 independent personas—each thinking and remembering individually—finally converging into actionable conclusions.
