What AI agent capability do you think is still massively overrated?

AI agents have come a long way over the past year, but it feels like there's still a lot of hype around certain capabilities. In your experience, what do you think is currently overrated? Fully autonomous agents? Long-term memory? Multi-agent systems? Tool calling? Computer use? Self-improvement loops? Something else? On the flip side, what's one capability that doesn't get enough attention but has made the biggest difference in your projects? I'm interested in hearing from people building or deploying agents in production, as well as those experimenting with personal projects. Real-world experiences, unexpected lessons, and even failures are all welcome. It would be great to separate what's genuinely useful today from what's mostly marketing.
