Binance brings US stock trading into crypto accounts
7,000+ US stocks and ETFs can now be managed in the same interface as crypto assets — bridging traditional finance and crypto. Here’s how it works.
1. What’s new in this update
Binance @binancezh has integrated cryptocurrencies and stocks into a single account. No more switching apps to manage different asset types — crypto holdings and stock ETFs can be viewed side by side.
Coverage is extensive: over 7,000 US stocks and ETFs, covering most major global companies and funds, giving users plenty of choice.
In terms of trading hours, some stocks support 24/7 trading, 5 days a week, so cross-timezone operations are unrestricted — no need to stick to US market regular hours.
2. Low barrier to entry
Fractional share trading starts from as little as $5 — no need to buy a whole share. You can build positions gradually and add to them at your own pace.
The crypto-native experience is a highlight: you can directly use your Binance-supported balance (including certain stablecoins and BNB) to buy stocks, without any extra currency conversion or transfer steps.
On fees, US stock and ETF trades are commission-free. The minimum platform fee per order is just $0.17. Orders over $350 are charged at 5 basis points — friendly for small, frequent trades.
3. How to start
- Open the Binance App and tap Market on the bottom navigation bar.
- Switch to the Traditional Finance tab at the top.
- You’ll see all supported stock categories.
Note: iOS 3.15+ / Android 3.15.7+ required.
After selecting a stock you want to trade, it automatically jumps to the trading interface. The overall workflow is basically the same as buying crypto, so the learning curve is low.
The core of this update is bridging crypto and traditional stock markets, allowing users to manage both asset classes in one account. The feature is now live.

@spicycandy00: Today afternoon's pin, my own long positions were liquidated.
