This means enterprises are no longer satisfied with small-scale validation—they are embedding AI into daily operations. However, the critical question is how to set priorities, and it's essential to truly measure the value derived from AI. Working closely with customers to help them define and prioritize the value of different use cases is crucial for long-term success. ## Information Retrieval → Process Automation: A Value Leap Today, we see the greatest value among customers who are moving from information retrieval to process automation. In recent years, the major shift has been users gaining easy access to broader organizational knowledge, which brought enormous productivity gains. Now, we increasingly see people developing their own agents and, going further, beginning to automate entire processes within the organization—and that is where I see the most value. ### A Concrete Example: 80% Reduction in Onboarding Time Someone on stage just mentioned she reduced new employee onboarding time by 80%—very interesting. This example vividly illustrates the exponential efficiency gains from process automation: compressing what used to be a weeks-long onboarding process down to just days or even less. ## The Role of Executives as Role Models and Codex I believe they must be role models within the company.
